All products purchased at www.chocobresco.es may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer informs CHOCOLATES FRAIM, SL, their intention to return the product / s purchased within a maximum period of up to 7 working days. , counted from the date of formalization of the order and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.

With the aim of providing Customers with the return process and being able to follow it correctly, CHOCOLATES FRAIM, S.L., establishes the only return procedure established by these purchase conditions. If the reason for the return is attributable to CHOCOLATES FRAIM, S.L., (the product is defective, it is not the one ordered, etc.), the amount of the refund will be refunded. If the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not liked by the CLIENT), the cost of the return costs will be borne by the Customer.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products less the cost of the return service, if any.

CHOCOLATES FRAIM S.L., will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival in the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund in the Client’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
